{"id":342,"date":"2013-09-18T00:33:28","date_gmt":"2013-09-17T23:33:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.amberspyglass.co.uk\/?p=342"},"modified":"2013-09-18T00:33:28","modified_gmt":"2013-09-17T23:33:28","slug":"bad-news-bad-news-good-news-and-bad-news","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amberspyglass.co.uk\/blog\/2013\/09\/18\/bad-news-bad-news-good-news-and-bad-news\/","title":{"rendered":"Bad news, bad news, good news, and bad news"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>No word about those spacers yet. \u00a0They did say &#8220;<em>around<\/em> the 16th&#8221;. \u00a0I&#8217;m going to chase them up in the morning.<\/p>\n<p>Several things conspired to eat almost all my eShapeOko time: I had to run around to take the <a href=\"http:\/\/amberspyglass.co.uk\/blog\/2013\/02\/02\/packaging-batches-three-and-four-of-eshapeoko-kits\/\">little helper<\/a> to a doctor on Sunday, he couldn&#8217;t go to nursery on Monday and Tuesday (he&#8217;s sick, thankfully nothing serious), and there was a bug in production software at my day job (I&#8217;m a software developer) which had to be fixed <em>now<\/em>\u00a0(and when that happens, there&#8217;s no time for leisure activities slash fledgling business).<\/p>\n<p>So, no kits packed yet, but very close on 130807 and 130808. \u00a0I am really, really sorry for the stupidly long wait.<\/p>\n<p>One small piece of good news: we have enough spacers for orders up to 130815.<\/p>\n<p>Back to bad news: there&#8217;s more damaged MakerSlide in this batch than I had estimated. \u00a0I took the eShapeOko kits and the MakerSlide down (marked them &#8220;out of stock&#8221;
