Standard T-slot aluminium extrusion with 20 mm unit and 6 mm wide, 6 mm deep T-slots. This is 20 mm by 40 mm. It has one T-slot on the narrow faces and two T-slots on the wide faces, and two cores. The screw ports in the cores are 4.2 mm diameter, which is suitable for tapping M5 with a thread-cutting tap, or M4.5 with a thread-forming tap or a thread-rolling trilobular screw (such as the blind joints included in the eShapeoko kits with the deluxe frame option). The profile is compatible with our T-slot insertion nuts, and has the same dimensions as MakerSlide without the V tracks.
This is the extrusion used in the frame of the eShapeoko. Each machine has two pieces of this extrusion that are 60 mm longer than the X axis. For the deluxe option, you need two more pieces, 80 mm shorter than the Y axis. The X axis lengths are also available with access holes for the blind joints that come with the deluxe frame.
