This is a chrome steel V-wheel, identical to the popular industrial RM1ZZ, except it has a 5 mm diameter hole. It is a dual-row angular-contact ball bearing, with a 90-degree V groove on the outer race. In other words, it's a one-piece V-wheel, with built-in bearings.
The steel V-wheel is much more solid than the standard MakerSlide Delrin wheel. It is rated for 1000 N static loads (100 kg) and 1500 N dynamic loads (about 150 kg), both in the axial and radial direction.
However, the steel V-wheels are slightly smaller than the Delrin wheels, so they aren't a direct replacement. In time, they will destroy regular aluminium MakerSlide. We recommend running these on hardcoat anodized MakerSlide.
