Delivery
We're a part-time business, and we do not ship orders every day. We pack and post orders about twice a week, so it can take about three working days for your order to be processed and your package to be shipped.
Postage is calculated at checkout, based on your address, and on the size and weight of the items in your basket.
If you place several orders and we ship them together, we will refund excess shipping. If we decide to split your order into two or more shipments, we will not charge extra for this. If, however, you ask us to split an order, we will ask you to pay postage for each shipment.
Some items take longer to pack and ship (eShapeoko kits). This will be made clear in the description of the item.
Generally, we do not take pre-orders, and all items we sell are in stock. Occasionally, we may sell backordered items, especially when they're normally paired with longer lead time items (e.g. stepper motors, which are often ordered with eShapeoko kits). This too will be made clear in the item descriptions.
Refunds
We hope you will be happy with our products. However, if you change your mind, you can return an item in the original condition for a refund within 30 days, except cut-to-size items (such as belts), personalized items, and kits that have been assembled, unless defective. Postage charges are not refunded, and return postage is at your expense.
If you are returning a defective item, or we sent you the wrong item because of our error, we will refund postage costs.
