The eShapeOko is an affordable three-axis desktop CNC milling machine. It is a clone of Edward Ford's tremendously successful ShapeOko, with some changes. Much of the low-cost aspect we owe to Bart Dring, who invented MakerSlide, a simple and affordable linear bearing system that doubles as structural support.
eShapeOko is sold in kit form. For now, only a Mechanical Kit is available. In addition to that, you need three or four stepper motors (depending on whether you chose the dual-Y upgrade), and the electronics to drive the motors.
More information will be added here soon. In the meantime, a wealth of information and generous help await at the ShapeOko forum.
